These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SitSafe website and mobile application (the “Service”), operated by Beasley Babysitting (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use SitSafe. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
SitSafe is intended for adults only and is not directed to children. Children are referenced within the Service solely as the subject of a babysitting booking (for example, a child’s name, age, or care notes entered by a parent or guardian). Children do not create accounts, log in, or otherwise use the Service.
Where a babysitter is under 18 years of age, that individual may participate only through and under the supervision of an account held by a parent or guardian who is 18 or older. The adult account holder is responsible for all activity under their account, including any participation by a minor they supervise.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to register their own accounts. If we become aware that an account has been created by someone under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
SitSafe is a scheduling and management tool that helps families, babysitters, and service operators request, confirm, track, and record babysitting sessions and related payments. SitSafe provides software only. We are not a babysitting agency, employer, or staffing service, and we do not employ, supervise, screen, or vet babysitters or families. Any babysitting arrangement is solely between the family and the babysitter.

The Service may record session details and payment amounts for your reference. Payments for babysitting services are arranged and settled directly between families and babysitters. We do not collect, hold, or process payments for babysitting sessions, and we are not responsible for any payment dispute between a family and a babysitter.
Service operators may subscribe to SitSafe on a recurring basis. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and any free trial terms are presented at the time of sign-up. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service, and arrange any babysitting, at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beasley Babysitting and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any babysitting arrangement made through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
